In case you’ll not be able to get your “network signal” back, and even after you’ve a signal you’re unable to make and receive calls, then click here to resolve this problem.
Remember: Whenever you restart your device normally, it will Pop-up again “commerce has started”, so always restart your device in “Device”. As we did by rebooting the “Recovery Mode” above, and then select “Restart the Bootloader” from there and then select “Start”.
In case you’re unable to make and receive calls, click here, and still the charges are being blamed.
